Fall 2014 Billing
An account statement for the Fall 2014 Semester has been mailed to the billing address that Western has on file. This is the only paper statement you will receive. If you did not receive a billing statement, please visit http://www.western.edu/reg/forms and change your address through the ‘Change of Address Form’. If you add / drop courses or make changes to your housing, you will need to check your account balance online through your MyWestern Account.
All applicable deposits (including the $200 tuition deposits), loans, Western scholarships and grant awards will be applied to your account on August 15. Please check your account balance online through your MyWestern Account on or after August 15 to make sure that they have been applied correctly. If there are any discrepancies please contact Western’s Financial Aid Office at email@example.com or (970) 943-3085.
Payment is due in full by August 25, 2014. If you cannot pay your balance in full by August 25, your other option is to set up a W-Pay Payment Plan through your MyWestern Account. This will allow you to pay your balance in four installments for a Payment Plan Enrollment Fee of $40.00. The payment plan will be available to set up through your MyWestern Account on August 15, 2014. The deadline to set up the payment plan is August 25, 2014.
W-Pay Payment Plan Due Dates – Fall 2014
August 25, 2014- 25% of Account Balance (plus $40.00 Enrollment Fee)
September 15, 2014- 25% of Account Balance
October 15, 2014- 25% of Account Balance
November 15, 2014- 25% of Account Balance
- If you have paid a deposit (including a $200 tuition deposit) or expect to have loans, Western grants or scholarships applied to your account we recommend that you set up your payment plan after all of these items have been applied on August 15, 2014 but before the deadline of August 25, 2014.
- You need to complete a new W-Pay Payment Plan Agreement even if you have had a payment plan in previous semesters.
- Enrollment in AutoPay is NOT automatic. To enroll in AutoPay you must click on the AutoPay link when you set up the payment plan.
- Payment reminders will be sent to your Western email address so please be sure to check your email.
