Whether a beginner clay student or more advanced potter, you are sure to have fun with this intriguing fast glaze firing technique that yields subtle to very dramatic coloration on the surface of clay pieces. In this course, students are led through the process of creating either hand-built or thrown pieces and then participate in the exciting and unique firing process from start to finish. Students have the opportunities to mix and apply different glazes and learn how to control the firing process and end up with a selection of beautiful ceramic pieces to take home at the end of the course.
