Career, job and internship fairs bring employers to campus to recruit students from across Western's academic disciplines. Fairs are always free for students to attend, with low or no registration fees for employers.

Spring Career Fair

Our biggest employment event, the Spring Career Fair focuses on connecting employers and students/graduates to fill full-time, career and internship positions. If you are interested in recruiting for part-time/seasonal staff, please consider the Summer and/or Winter Job Fairs below.

Please note our updated fair cost. In order to ensure accurate documentation of expenses for tax reporting purposes, we will now offer a simplified pricing structure for the Spring Career Fair. The employer registration fee of $25 includes one eight-foot table, two chairs, wireless internet access and coffee/donuts for up to two representatives. Additional representatives may be added during registration at a cost of $10 each. Lunch is not be provided, but may be purchased (cash or credit card) from either of two dining locations in the University Center. 

Also, consider adding a day (or two!) to your trip to catch some runs at Crested Butte Mountain Resort and Monarch Mountain.

Winter & Summer Job Fairs

The Winter and Summer Job Fairs focus on supporting employers and other organizations in filling seasonal (summer/winter), part-time, and volunteer positions. These events are designed to be less formal and ultimately affordable, and therefore registration is available at no cost to employers.

Western's job fairs are always free to attend! Be sure to update your resume and dress appropriately. RSVP in Handshake. 


Your free registration will include one 8-foot table and two chairs. Additional chairs will be available upon request on the morning of the fair. Access to electrical outlets is extremely limited. Please provide your own tablecover. Coffee/meals are not provided, but are conveniently available for purchase within feet of your table.
