Hours

Monday-Thursday: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday: 2-8 p.m.

Programming

ClassesShort Description
RIPHead-to-toe, strength and endurance class using barbells and plates.
SPINIndoor-cycling class. 45 to 60 minutes of on-bike effort!
BOOTCAMP

45-minute, intense yet modifiable class that provides a cardiovascular and strength workout. 

YOGA

Powerful and energetic yoga that incorporates postures that flow together to strengthen, stretch and relax the body.

ZUMBACalorie-burning dance fitness party that combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility for a total body workout.
Core/Cardio/Balance

Working your core, heart/cardio and balance.
