45 minute high intensity (quick bursts of work) yet modifiable class that provides a cardiovascular and strength workout.
Powerful and energetic yoga that incorporates postures that flow together to strength, stretch, and relax the body.
|ZUMBA||Calorie burning dance fitness party that combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility for a total body workout.|
Working your core, heart/cardio, and balance.
