Summer Billing

An account statement for the summer 2014 semester has been mailed to the billing address on file. This is the only paper statement you will receive.  Financial aid is not reflected on this statement since it will be applied to your account on May 27.  Please check your balance online on May 27 if you expect to have financial aid applied.  If you add / drop courses or make changes to your housing you will also need to check your account balance online through your MyWestern account. If you didn't receive a billing statement and need to update your address, please visit  

You may have used all of your funds for the 2013 / 2014 financial aid year during the fall 2013 and spring 2014 semesters.  If you are unsure how much financial aid you have available for the summer 2014 semester please contact the Financial Aid Office at or (970) 943-3085.

Payment is due in full by June 2, 2014.  If you cannot pay your balance in full by June 2 your other option is to set up a W-Pay Payment Plan through your MyWestern account. This will allow you to pay your balance in two equal installments for a Payment Plan Enrollment Fee of $20.00. The deadline to set up the payment plan is June 2.

June 2, 2014  50% of Account Balance (plus $20.00 Enrollment Fee)

July 2, 2014   50% of Account Balance

  • If you have financial aid for summer 2014 we recommend that you set up your payment plan between May 27 and June 2. 
  • You need to complete a new W-Pay Payment Plan Agreement even if you have had a payment plan in previous semesters.
  • Enrollment in AutoPay is NOT automatic. To enroll in AutoPay you must click on the AutoPay link when you set up the payment plan.
  • Payment reminders will be sent to your Western email address.
