WBO Medical Forms
Your place on the trip you choose is confirmed when we receive all forms filled out and signed, and your full tuition payment.
This medical form is one particularly important way we ensure a safe experience for you. The physician's examination (5-7 day courses only) must take place within 12 months prior to the course.
If we have any question about your physical ability to participate in the course we will call and discuss it with you and/or your physician. If we think you should not participate in the course we will refund all tuition payments made to Wilderness Based Orientation (WBO).
