X.                     Executive Reports

·        Sarah: Tomorrow is an open student forum for the recreation field house in the ballroom. This will be somewhat like a progress report and will let people see it and express how they feel about it. I have designs if you would like to look at them. There has been discussion about community members using the new recreation center. What do you and your constitutions think about it? 20/20 meeting is from 2-5 in the north Ballroom. I need someone on Wednesdays from 2-3 to sit in for conference calls (sit in with the architects and others; you will be the student voice about the development of the center). Shayna volunteers.

The retreat will be Saturday to Sunday and we will meet at noon at the SGA office on Saturday. We will get back around noon on Sunday. There is a sex positive meeting Tuesday January 25 at 12:30 in the conference room.  Thursday January 27 from 4:30 to 8pm the SGA office will be closed for forums with WRAP.

·        Haleigh: Connor wants to put up a TV screen in the residence halls in place of flyers. Would this be useful?

·        Allen: We could possibly charge for advertisements.

·        Ciera: Come to the rail jam on Friday from 6-9pm!

I had an idea to make course evaluations public to the student body after the semester. I have a meeting with Jess Young tomorrow about this. If you have ideas let me know.  She wanted to think of ways to get students to fill out more evaluations.
