Equipment Rental
Guidelines for renting Program Council Equipment
- Equipment rental can be approved for on-campus events for free and off-campus events for a small fee. Off-campus events MUST be related to Western State College and MUST be through a WSC group, club, or department.
- Allow a minimum of 1 week in advance. Equipment rental has student priority. You will be required to meet with our Technical Coordinator to discuss your needs.
- Please fill out an Equipment Rental Contract. If there are any questions or need more information please contact our Technical Director.
- THERE WILL BE CHARGES FOR DAMAGED, OVERLY DIRTY/DUSTY, AND LOST EQUIPMENT!!
