Co-Sponsor Procedures
Program Council is here to help get your event rolling by offering a co-sponsorship! We are happy to help you out in any way we can and provide you with the resources you need to turn your event idea into a reality. If for some reason we cannot provide the assistance you require we will point you to someone who can!
The following are required for Program Council Co-Sponsorship:
- Co-sponsor contract must be submitted a minimum of 3 weeks before event. 4 weeks is strongly encouraged.
- Requestor must attend at least two Co-Sponsorship Committee meetings and complete a co-sponsor contract.
- Contact Director or Assistant Director before attending meetings for preliminary approval.
