Player of the Week

Allison Drescher, Rugby

Allison Drescher was selected as Player of the Week for an outstanding individual performance against the Mesa State women’s rugby team. Allison's physicality, aggression and determination helped the WSC women gain and shift momentum as well as retain possession in a difficult loss to the lady Mavericks.

Climbing Team

As of the beginning of the Spring 2009 semester there is now a climbing team here at Western State College. We are excited about this team and it is a great way for climbers to interact, travel, and the enjoy the activity of climbing. All are welcome to join the team regardless of ability level.

Prospective Members

The Climbing Team is always looking for new members. If you are interested in joining the team please call or email using the contact information below. New members are also welcome to come to practice/meetings. See below for current practice schedule, as it varies from season to season.

Practice

The team is currently practicing Monday and Wednesday nights at the Escalante Fitness Center at 6:00 p.m.
