Week 4- Winter Park

Week 4 WSC cycling team traveled to Winter Park Colorado for the last of the collegiate races in the 2010 season. The cross country team did well this weekend with Brae Patten and Eric Booton putting in strong performances in Mens "A" and Brittany Perkins and Amy doing well in the female categories. For the gravity riders winter park would be the best venue they would see in the regular season and the team took advantage of it by riding the lifts and getting some quality laps in and having one of the most fun team rides of the season. When it came down to racing the team also put in a good effort. Ansel Schimpff had another great finish in the downhill coming in as WSC's top finish. Jordan Newth and Owen tulip both crashed in their race runs ruining both their hopes of taking the win this weekend but still has respectable finishes beating many people who didn't crash.
