Students are engaged in special interest clubs, academic clubs, club sports, and intramurals. Check out our award winning radio station, join the only college-based Mountain Rescue Team in the country, participate in Multicultural Center events all year long or go on a Wilderness Pursuits expedition. Office of Student Affairs
The Office of Student Affairs is dedicated to providing support to the academic mission of Western State College of Colorado. The office provides a variety of programs and services that monitor the quality of the campus environment, coordinates college responses to campus and individual crises, and oversees the non-academic discipline process. Retention efforts, student advocacy, and diversity issues are included as important concerns. The Office of Student Affairs provides overall leadership and support to help students with their learning experiences at Western State. Forty percent of Western students live on campus.
