Self-Screening
The Center for Mental Health provides free and anonymous on-line screening to all community members.

You may learn more about any of your screening(s) and/or discuss any areas concerning prevention and treatment by scheduling an appointment with one of our Counselors at the Counseling Center (970) 943-2484.
