Returning Orientation Leader Application

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ORIENTATION LEADER INCLUDE: 

  1. Good academic (minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA) and disciplinary standing.

  2. Reliability, high energy level, responsibility, flexibility, commitment to teamwork, leadership qualities, and strong communication skills.

  3. Be available for approximately 40 hours of training in February, March, and April 2010.

  4. Available to work for the summer and Fall Orientation dates, training and Week of Welcome in June, July, and August 2010.

Applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on January 29, 2010.  Remember: if you did not upload your resume, please email it to orientation@western.edu.  In addition, if you would prefer to give individuals a PDF of the recommendation, you may download a copy from our website in the Orientation Leader section.  When completed, this information should be sent to Orientation Office, College Center, Western State College, 600 N. Adams, Gunnison, CO 81230.
