Cashiers and Bill Payment
Fall 2010
Payment for the Fall 2010 semester is due no later than August 27th*, late fees starting at $100 will be applied to any unpaid accounts after August 27th.
Students whose accounts remain unpaid after 5pm on August 31st will lose access to computer accounts/email. Students whose accounts remain unpaid after 5pm on September 3rd will lose access to residence halls and meal plans begining September 7th.

Summer 2010
Please Note: Students wishing to receive Financial Aid for the Summer term must have completed a FAFSA application for the 09-10 academic year as well as a Summer Aid application (available below).
Any students who have registered for summer term classes between March 1st, 2010, and May 26th, 2010 are required to pay all tuition, fees and other charges in full (or be signed up for W-Pay) no later than June 2nd, 2010*. Students who registered between May 27th, 2010 and June 30th, 2010 will be required to pay in full (or be signed up for W-Pay) no later than July 7th, 2010*.
Students with unpaid accounts WILL NOT BE DISENROLLED. It is the students responsibility to drop any summer courses they do not wish to attend. Students whose accounts are unpaid after the due dates will be denied computer access, as well as access to residence halls and their meal plan and face late fees.
*These due dates are dependent on the date you register for your classes, not the actual dates the class meets. If you have any questions regarding your payment due date, please contact the Cashiers Office (970)943-3003
