At Western State College there are several programs and services that can assist you in selecting a major. Just like a road map can help you get where you need to go, there are tools that can help point you in the best direction to a major that is right for you. Choosing a Major or Career
Gathering information about potential majors can help you understand if you have an interest in that area and what possible careers are available to you. The Student Services Center has a variety of handouts and reference books containing information about majors. You may read through the many resources available at Career Service's Home Page.
