SUMMER HOUSING POLICIES 2007
1. Contract dates for the summer will be May 18, 2007 – July 29, 2007.
2. Students not living on campus for the fall will be required to check out by July 29, 2007.
3. Students living on campus in the fall will be required to move to their fall assignments during the first week of August.
4. Rates are based on a 12-week semester. Students staying for just one session, moving off campus, or taking a modular course during the summer will be charged on a weekly basis with no discount available.
5. Continuing students who lived on campus the spring semester do not need to submit a $100 deposit. The deposit you have on file will secure your summer housing assignment.
6. If the Office of Residence Life receives written notification of cancellation from you of your housing summer contract by May 4, 2007, the deposit of $100 will be refunded, less any amount owed to the college. A written cancellation received after May 4, 2007, but before the start of summer classes, will release students from their housing obligation for the summer but they will forfeit their $100 deposit.
7. Students not re gistered for summer classes at WSC may live on campus for the summer provided they are registered as a full-time student for the fall 2007 semester.

If you are interested in living on-campus for the summer please fill out and return the Summer Residence Life Application, and the Page 1 and Page 2 of the Summer Housing Contract to the Office of Residence Life by April 13, 2007 for priority placement.
