Leave of Absence
The Academic Leave of Absence Program is designed to allow students who plan to be absent from Western State College of Colorado to continue their studies without completing an application for readmission. In addition, students returning from an approved Academic Leave of Absence will be given the same priority at registration as continuing students.
Academic Leaves of Absence are granted for one semester or one year to continuing, degree-seeking students in good academic and financial standing. This means you must have completed (or complete before you leave) at least one semester at Western.
