Courses Taught:

Hobbies:

The number of activities to pursue in Gunnison is (at times) overwhelming. Certainly since moving to WSC, Mountain biking and Tele-skiing have fueled my passion for both sports. Trying to keep up with the locals and students is certainly challenging and keeps me from becoming complacent (as well as keeping me humble). Being able to combine backcountry skiing and accessing terrain over 12,000ft with a 35 minute drive from home is one of the most exciting aspects of living in the valley.

Favorite Quote:

“It is a paradoxical but profoundly true and important principle of life that the most likely way to reach a goal is to be aiming not at that goal itself but at some more ambitious goal beyond it.” - Arnold Toynbee
