The Sunshine Singers are among the musicians slated to perform Thursday night at the Folk Coffeehouse #4 at the Gunnison Arts Center.

Folk Coffeehouse #4 brings together local musicians who will perform original and traditional folk ballads. The evening’s eclectic set list ranges from the blues to three-part harmonies to an Irish gig and covers of Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan. And, of course, a sing-a-long.

The line-up includes: Rob Wattles playing blues on his all-metal guitar with Ryan Morrison on harp and Al Caniff on bass; The Red Head Set, a four-some composed of Thaddeus Smith, Marie Matthews, Tyler Keast and Matt Cotter; Chris Coady; Brooke Boyd’s group performing a three-part harmony; Phil Ward and Lynne Hansen; and Sweet and Sour with Perri Pelletier on fiddle and Bill King on guitar. The night will close with a sing-a-long led by The Sunshine Singers.

The Gunnison Arts Center will accept donations of $3 to $5 for this event, which will benefit the center and its efforts to promote the arts in the community. Food and drinks also will be available.
