BRUCE JOHNSON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Purpose:
To provide financial assistance to selected Western State College students
Eligibility:
Must be a Colorado resident; accepted for admittance to Western State College or a full-time WSC student; a minimum 2.5 high school G.P.A.; maintain a 2.5 G.P.A. in college; must be enrolled in band at Western while receiving the scholarship.
Application:
Applications are available from the Music Office or from the Office of Financial Aid. Candidates may be identified by WSC Music faculty and/or high school band directors or counselors by submitting letters of recommendation to the Music Program, WSC. Applications and/or letters of recommendation should include a complete transcript. If applicant is a continuing college student, copies of college transcripts are required.
Amount:
The amount of the award shall be $1,000.00 for one academic year.
