RODNEY ASH STRING SCHOLARSHIP
Purpose:
To assist Western State College students majoring in music.
Eligibility:
Full-time student at Western State college. Music major with a preference to strings and a secondary preference to keyboards. Recipients must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Recipients must also participate in private music lessons and an appropriate large ensemble.
Application:
Submit completed application to Music Office, WSC, by April 1.
Amount:
In first year (2000-2001) one $1,000 scholarship is available; in following years three $1,000 scholarships will be awarded, depending upon funds available.
