ACT Residual
ACT residual testing is available on Western’s campus for students who (1) are enrolled, (2) have been admitted, or (3) are in the process of applying to Western State College. Students should take the residual test only if they are unable to take the ACT Assessment on one of the national test dates.
The residual test is scheduled at a time that is convenient for both Student Affairs and the student. Current photo identification must be presented to the test administrator on the day of the examination.
Residual Testing Regulations:
-
Residual test results are reported only to the college administering the test. No Student Reports or High School Reports are generated, and no Additional Score Reports will be generated to report scores to any other college.
-
Testing can be conducted on any date except an ACT national test date.
-
Students may not repeat residual testing until 60 days have passed since their previous testing on a non-national test basis (e.g., residual, special, DANTES).
-
Residual testing is not accepted for NCAA eligibility.
