It is critical Information Technology Services continuously improve both the quality and relevancy of the services the department provides to the campus. We use this information to help us make decisions on how we manage the campus IT resources. (Visit Results in Action for how we used last year's survey.)
One of the tools we use is an online survey to get feedback from our constituents. This will be our third year surveying students, second year for faculty and our first year surveying staff. The information we get will help guide our decision making throughout the next year.
Fair warning, this survey will take about 10 minutes. In order to get the information we need, we have to ask more than a few questions.
The survey is anonymous, but it is important that you self-select to what group you belong, i.e. faculty or student, as the questions are customized to the audience.
