Annual EVALUATIONS for classified staff for the period of April 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008 are due into Human Resources on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 in accordance with Western's Performance Plan Program. The original copy of the planning form will be sent out to supervisors on April 1st, along with a blank of the new form for next year's plan. A copy of the Performance Management Guide is available. Classified employee evaluations or plans not received in Human Resources by May 1st, will be referred to the next level supervisor for completion.

Administrative staff
Annual EVALUATIONS for administrative staff for the period of March 1, 2007 through February 29, 2008 will be due into Human Resources on Monday, March 31, 2008 in accordance with our Handbook. The original copy of your "Personal Goals Statement for 2007-08" and "Description of Major Responsibilities" will not be re-routed to you. If you cannot find your copy & need a photocopy, please contact Cheelone at -2003.
The employee needs to complete a self assessment using the Summary of Achievements and forward to his/her supervisor. The supervisor will meet with the employee and complete the Summative Evaluation Form.
Instructions and the Explanation of Evaluative Criteria are also available to assist you in completing these forms.
Both original forms are then sent to Human Resources where they will be attached to the original of the Professional Goals Statement and Description of Major Responsibilities which were prepared last year.
Next prepare a PLAN for the period of March 1, 2008 through February 28, 2009. Complete both the Professional Goals Statement and Description of Major Responsibilities and forward to Human Resources with the evaluation forms.
