An independent audit conducted by the accounting firm Causey Demgen & Moore Inc. concluded that the WSC Foundation's financial postion, changes in its net assets and its cash flows as of June 30, 2011 and 2010, were in conformity with the accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.
