Spin Come and challenge your self as you ride through a variety of terrains and increase your overall fitness level! Tuesday & Thursday 5:00-5:45pm

Core Strengthen and tone your core muscles during this 20 minute class. Focus is on the abdominal's, oblique, and back muscles. Monday & Wednesday 4:30-5:00pm |

Pilates This is a technique invented 70 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. According to The Pilates Studio, pilates focuses on improving flexibility and strength for the overall body, but doesn't build bulk. More than just exercise, pilates are a series of controlled movements to engage one's body and mind. Monday & Wednesday 5-5:30pm |
