The W-PAY-PAYMENT PLAN
Western State offers "W-pay" to provide a payment plan option for families. Western State will mail all admitted students information directly. Basically, you estimate your semester costs and then split payments up over a 4 month period instead of making lump sum term payments as indicated above. The charge for the plan is minimal and there is no interest. This is an excellent option for families to help with their budgeting process. For more information, please call (970)943-3003.
PAYING BY CHECK OR CREDIT CARD
We encourage students to pay in advance by check or credit card to avoid last minute lines and hassles. If mailing your check or credit card payment, please note it must be received, (NOT just postmarked) by the due dates in the Cashier's Office.
If paying by credit card, Visa, MasterCard or Discover accepted, you may also call the Cashier's Office at (970)943-3003 during normal business hours. Please note: you will experience extended busy signals if you call the Cashier's Office during fee payment times.
HAVING PROBLEMS
All families experience some type of problems in paying the large costs of a college education; please contact the Director of Financial Aid to see if any other arrangements might be possible.
