CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION:

You may pay your (your student's) account "on-line" at "WOL"

Credit Card Payment Instructions:

1. Open Internet Browser.

2. Go to URL: http://wol.western.edu

3. Enter username and password to log onto WOL.

4. Click on 'School Services' tab.

5. Click on 'Student Services & Financial Aid'.

6. Click on 'Financial Services and Cashiering'.

7. Click on EITHER 'Account Summary by Term' or 'Account Summary'.

8. Review your charges. Read informational messages at the top of the page and make note of your account balance.

9. Click on 'Credit Card Payment' link at the bottom of the page.

10. Enter your payment information for VISA or MASTERCARD. We are currently unable to accept DISCOVER via the web, you may pay by DISCOVER at the Cashier's Office.

11. Wait for transaction to finish processing.

12. Print payment confirmation page for your records.

13. Log out of WOL.
