Intermediate yoga dives deeper into the subtleties of conscious awareness and continues with a bigger outlook on a compassionate lifestyle. Refine your postures, breath work and positive behaviors. Jump on the path with fellow practitioners, begin a deeper journey! This course includes all aspects of clean living from the nutrition we put into our bodies to the way we hold ourselves in everyday life. This course goes much deeper than just practicing postures. Students refine tools for the expansion in conscious living. All styles of yoga welcome, though the class is taught in the Iyengar Tradition of Ancient Patanjali Yoga.
