Textbook/Materials: Students must bring $30.00 for course book and bring a notebook.

Learn tools for the Yogic Lifestyle through the study of the eight fold limbs of ancient yoga.  Study the prerequisites for practicing asanas (postures) and breath control to strengthen the nervous system, building the immune system and to find a neutral state within the wear and tear of everyday living.  This course gives students the tools to work towards a balance of the evolution of our humaneness through becoming comfortable with the ‘study of the self,’ returning back to the essence of who we really are.  This course includes all aspects of clean living from the nutrition we put in our bodies to the way we hold ourselves in everyday life.  This course goes much deeper than just practicing postures.  Students acquire tools for conscious living.
