The Department of Residence Life at Western State Colorado University promotes the well-being of on-campus residents by fostering academic growth and personal success in a safe and inclusive living environment.

We aim to achieve the mission by the following:

  1. Engaging residents in academic and interest based themed communities.
  2. Providing support through trained professional staff.
  3. Providing a dynamic healthy environment that promotes opportunities to explore and express identity and interests.
  4. Providing facilities that are clean, efficient and in working order.
