Group Fitness Classes

  • Zumba - cardio dance class
  • Group RX RIP - head-to-toe strength training class using a barbell and plates.
  • Group RX REVOLUTION - indoor cycling class with interval based programming.
  • Group RX WAR - cardio-kickboxing class
  • Group RX BOOT - Boot camp style class
  • Group RX POWER STEP - step class
  • CORE/Cardio and Balance - Core exercises with some cardio to torch some calories and a little balance to challenge the core muscles.
  • All classes are designed for the beginner as well as the advanced exercise goer. Exercise modifications can be made for each class. Come join the fun!

Beginning this year, all group fitness  instructors at MFH will be CPR/AED/First Aid certified and have a group fitness instructor certification. MFH is striving for a safe and professionally taught class experience for our participants.
