The Western State Colorado University Health Center provides convenient, barrier-free treatment of illness and injury to the students, faculty and staff of Western State Colorado University.

The Campus Health Center Offers Counseling and Medical Services.

The Counseling Center provides opportunities for growth and change that promote health and well-being in our communities. Counselors are available to give focus and support to Western clients in areas including adjustment, anxiety, depression, relationships and other issues.

Full-time students, faculty and staff are entitled to up to seven free visits.

Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated as time permits. Appointments are encouraged.

Medical Clinic: 970.943.2707

The medical clinic is a satellite office of Gunnison Valley Health Family Medicine.
At the Medical Clinic, a physician's assistant or nurse practitioner provides routine medical care and management of common health problems, treatment of minor injuries and accidents, prescriptions, sports physicals, annual Well-Woman Exams (PAP smears), and contraceptives. There is an emphasis on health promotion, STD prevention and education.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a free clinic and there are NO HMO providers in Gunnison County. Co-pays and/or deductibles will be collected at the time of visit.
