WSC-TV is
a mobile 16mm film and video production unit staffed by Western students.
Each year, the WSC-TV station picks a documentary subject that highlights
Western students, Western State College and the surrounding community.
Using cutting edge cameras and the newest postproduction software,
WSC-TV creates compelling films that prepare students for the wider
world of production. Past films include living histories with elderly
area residents and a documentary centering on Western's award-winning
cross-country team.
WSC-TV mirrors the independent productions in WSC's classroom Film,
Video and Media emphasis while giving students the chance to continue
production work on their own time, no matter their experience level.
Focus up!
Graduates have won awards at international film festivals,

across the country, teach in high school and colleges, work in broadcast
news, and much more!
