A free evening of hands-on learning with NOLS-based organization: Wilderness Medicine Institute (WMI). Proceeds will go to WSCU Mountain Rescue Team.

On April 15th 2013 come for a free hands-on learning experience with an instructor from the Wilderness Medicine Institute (WMI). Whether this is your first time with backcountry medicine or you’ve already received a certification, this event will be an introduction and a refresher for essential medical skills. WMI instructor Dusty Szymanski will teach the patient assessment system with 2 other EMT’s instructing CPR and wound management.
The Wilderness Medicine Seminar will be held from 7-9 PM in WSCU’s University Center- South Ballroom. Please come and enjoy this free resource and learn how to save a family member, a friend, or a client’s life!
