Within any service industry there are specific moments when businesses have the opportunity to succeed or fail. These “Moments of Truth” are critical in determining customer enjoyment and satisfaction and, ultimately, whether or not a customer will return and/or share their positive experiences with their friends (potential customers).
These ideas behind these moments are explored in this presentation along with application to other openings for us to take advantage of moments in our own lives.
“Philosophy Intersections” is a series of informal, interdisciplinary talks designed to understand and appreciate the relationship among the fields of study available at WSCU. This year's theme is "the moment." This is the first presentation in this year's series.
