Peak Productions Present "The Night Thoreau Spent in Jail"
The play The Night Thoreau Spent in Jail written by Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee will be presented on March 6th- 9Th at 7:30 P.M and March 10th at 2:00 P.M., in the Western State Colorado University (WSCU) Studio Theatre in Taylor Hall.

Come spend a night reliving Henry David Thoreau’s memories and thoughts as he considers how he has reached this point in his life. He is in jail because he has refused to pay taxes to support what he believes is an unjust war that is killing innocent people. Remembering his past and contemplating his future, Thoreau is content to stay in his cell.
