New Student Orientation: 3rd Session

We are excited to introduce you and your family to Western State College of Colorado through our New Student Orientation programs! Whether you are fresh out of high school, transferring from another institution or returning to college to expand your knowledge and career options, Orientation is your gateway to a comfortable transition. Orientation is a valuable time to meet other students and gear up for academic success at Western.

During your Orientation, you will check your classes, get your Western photo ID (Mountaineer Card) and much more. You will become familiar with the entire campus, from residence halls to student and academic services. You also will learn about Western’s academic calendar, policies and meet many faculty and staff. Orientation is required for all incoming freshman students and you need to sign up for Orientation before you may register for your classes for fall 2011.
