The Elite Position Camp is recommended for high school varsity players
(or incoming sophomore, juniors or seniors) who have the motivation and
ability to eventually move onto the college level. This camp entails
position intense drills, advanced technique, conditioning, game-like
situations and strategies. Athletes will be trained on not only the
physical game but the mental game.
$225 for overnight camper, $150 for commuter camper

Packing List
1. Volleyball shoes, knee pads and ankle braces.
2. Three days worth of volleyball clothes.
3. Extra sets of workout clothes for morning workouts, lifting and plyos and athletic shoes.
4. Flip-flops to wear between sessions.
5. Extra socks in case you want to change them between sessions.
6. Water bottle and snacks for between sessions if you need.
7. Workout swimsuit (or extra sports bra and spandex for pool workout) and a towel for after swimming.
8. PJ's, pillow, sleeping bag or blanket and a sheet.
9. Toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a towel.
10. A book, deck of cards, iPod, etc. things to do at night when you have some time to hang out with your new friends!
