Maya Archaeology Field School- Summer 2016

David Hyde will lead students to Belize, May 22 to June 16, 2016, for a Maya Archaeology Field School. This is a course designed to introduce students to the methods used to collect and analyze archaeological data in a hands-on field setting. Western is working under a permit issued from the Institute of Archaeology to Dr. Fred Valdez, Director of the PfBAP.  For $3000, students will receive four credits in anthropology (ANTH 197 or ANTH 469), as well as lodging and meals while in Belize. Airfare is not included.
