Anthropology Field Trips
The Anthropology Program at Western is strongly field oriented. We take departmental field trips each year.
One popular trip is to Fremont sites in Nine-mile Canyon, Utah.
This spring we will visit Anazasi sites in New Mexico, Colorado, and southeast Utah.
In the Fall, we take students to the Colorado Archaeological Society annual meetings, held in varying locations around the state.
