Western Preview Days

Preview Days are your chance to really see what being a student at Western is like. It is an entire day spent on our campus.  Meet with faculty and coaches, eat lunch in our dining hall, get a campus tour, and talk to current students. 

Campus Tours

Come for a visit! The campus tour is one hour and is led by one of our Student Ambassadors which we call, Highlander Hosts. Following the tour is a thirty minute information session with an Admissions Counselor. With enough advance notice we can also try to schedule appointments with faculty, coaches and/or the Financial Aid Office.

Things to do While in the Gunnison Valley

While you are here we hope you can check out the area. Get a flavor for mountain living by attending one of the area's many art, music and outdoor festivals. Any day of the week explore local shops, restaurants and galleries. For outdoor adventure head to the area's hiking and mountain biking trails, raft or fly fish on the Gunnison River or hit the slopes at Crested Butte Mountain Resort and Monarch Mountain.
