What do you do for fun when you aren't working at Western?
Hiking in the hills around Gunnison, working on old cars (we are playing with a '78 BMW 320i right now), golf, watching "Mythbusters" and "Dirty Jobs."
What is your favorite meal at your favorite Gunnison or Crested Butte restaurant?
Breakfast Burrito at the W restaurant, any and everything at the Gunnisack, Prime Rib at the Trough, Mexican food at Donita's in CB. Breakfast at Ol' Miner Steak House is also excellent.
What is your favorite thing about living in Gunnison?
It is one of the most beautiful places on earth to live, everything is convenient to get to, and warm days and cool nights in the summer.

Advice for prospective students thinking of attending Western?
Be ready for the college experience! Plan for time to study hard (freshman always say it was harder than they expected), and plan time to play. If you plan your time, you can do the great things that are available here, and still get the education you need to become the future you you want to be.
