The Office of Public Relations and Communications reports on both external and internal news about Western State College of Colorado -- a place where something newsworthy is always happening. Whether it is world class archaeology research on W Mountain, events such as motocross on campus or student-led environmental campaigns, we always have a story to tell. We also assist with media inquiries.
Additionally, we are responsible for alumni profiles in the Alumni Relations publication, "Westerner."
Local newspapers "Gunnison Country Times" and the "Crested Butte News" also feature articles written by Public Relations staff.
