Welcome to Chipeta Apartments
The Chipeta Apartments are located on the southwest corner of campus neighboring the President’s residence and is home to Western’s lush and abundant campus garden. Chipeta has both one and two occupant rooms complete with a bathroom, full kitchen and walk-in storage closet. This particular residence also offers easy access to the Mountaineer Field House and the University Center. The Chipeta Apartments also offer numerous options for lounges, study rooms and computer labs.

- Room: Rooms vary in size from 225 sq ft – 255 sq ft
- Bed: Full sized bed, 1 ft off the ground (adjustable)
- Desk: 2 ft 5 in tall, 3 ft wide, 2 ft long
- Closet: 7 ft 3 in tall, 3 ft wide, 4 ft long
