IT Services wants to know!

As a part of our ongoing effort in IT Services to provide current, useful and important services to students as a part of your academic and life experience at the University, we’ve put together a survey to help us understand how you feel about the level of service we provide and to get your input on what me might be doing differently.

This survey was developed using a survey tool developed specifically for higher education, techqual.org. By using this tool, which has been employed by many other institiutions, in addtion to gaining information about your needs, we will be able to see how we stack up against other shools.

The survey is a little long and takes a second to figure out how it works so please take your time and think about your answers. Your input will help us make decisions about how IT is managed on campus.
