Returning Vehicles

A service charge of $10.00 will be assessed to your department if a vehicle has not been refueled before its return.

Put all trash in the trash bag provided.

Park vehicle with the other motor pool vehicles west of the maintenance buildings.

Complete mileage report form and return it with the vehicle keys. If you are returning after the Facilities Services Department is closed, drop the keys and packet in the box at the west end of the building. Please list any problems or comments in the space provided on the mileage report form or call Nickie Thompson (943-7119) or the garage (943-7018) as soon as possible.
