• The Board of Trustees has full authority and responsibility for the control and governance of Western State College of Colorado. We welcome you to meet the trustees, and attend their board meetings.
• Human Resources provides a variety of employment related services and information including holiday and payroll schedules, retirement, address changes, benefits, and more. The Office of Human Resources helps to support Western’s educational mission.
• Open Job Positions provides current job announcements and contact information for job opportunities at Western.
• Finance provides information concerning the Budget, Purchasing, Accounting, and more.
• Facility Services is responsible for creating environments for academic and research excellence. They provide information concerning the key shop, recycling, custodial services, and more.
• Computing Services has the responsibility for supporting the computing, multi-media, and telecommunications functions of the college. They provide information concerning campus computer labs, telecommunications, multimedia, available software, and more.
• Campus Mail Center provides an incoming mail service to students living on campus, faculty, and staff, as well as offers information concerning addressing mail information, hours of operation, and more.
• Security Services provides a safe and secure environment for student, faculty, staff, and guests. Security Services also provides information concerning parking policies, the safe walk program, animal control, and more.
