Use this form to request books not owned by Leslie J. Savage Library and unavailable from another Marmot Library. Use the Article Request Form if you want to obtain a copy of a journal article. Please allow 7 - 10 days for receipt of materials from the lending library. You will be notified using the phone number or e-mail address you enter below when the book is received. Your materials will be held for you at the Circulation Desk.
When filling out this form:
- You must have a current Leslie J. Savage Library card.
- Please check the library catalog before completing this form; the library may own the book you want.
- Use a separate form for each request.
